We have designed a SMART wellbeing plan
for you that focus on SMART goals. A step by step personal home plan that help to break down your overall main goals into smaller achievable goals that so that you feel constantly motivated from your achievements along the way to reaching your end goal. We will help you identify your own strengths, the tools already in your power to achieve these goals, and simultaneously help you to identify potential barriers that might get in the way of achieving your goals. By helping you to feel empowered with your own personalised problem-solving solutions, you are armed with the necessary skills, that you might not have realised you had, to help yourself overcome these barriers when they arise.
Your workbook will be sent to you at the start of the programme and each month an updated workbook will be sent for you to choose new goals and track your progress.
