MEET LYDIA REES

My mission is to help women get and stay in shape through a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is sustainable and enjoyable.


Whether you're pregnant, have kids or a woman who wants to get in shape, I am here to help you become the best version of yourself. I will educate and guide you on what to eat and how to train whether it’s at home or in the gym, to ensure you get the best results. 


I am also a pre and post-natal specialist with 10 years of experience. I have two children Louis and Tripp who keep me on my toes. I specialise in weight-loss, changing body composition, as well as restoring your core and pelvic floor post-pregnancy.


I have worked with hundreds of women and watched them transform their bodies and also guided those that are pregnant through training. However, Women from all walks of life, whether they’ve had kids or not, can get fit and healthy through my program.
